LendingTree: What Happens After You Submit?
Provider-published sharing and opt-out terms are shown separately from moderated user reports. Reported contact metrics use only Verified or Partially Verified submissions.
What LendingTree Says Happens
For business funding, LendingTree currently says one form can match a user with potential loan offers from a network of 30+ business lenders. LendingTree also states that completing its loan request is not itself a completed loan application; a user must apply with the lender(s) they choose to pursue.
LendingTree says that when a user submits a request for a loan or other financial product, personal information may be disclosed to lenders and other Network Partners/Product Partners. Partners that interact with the user may use or retain that information whether or not the user ultimately uses their services, under the partners' own privacy policies.
Not yet confirmed from the current form.
LendingTree provides an internal do-not-call process and says it will notify partners matched in the previous 30 days and ask them to add the number to their internal do-not-call lists. The user may still need to contact third-party partners directly.
