Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Silent Rich LLC for your use of FundingRank.com. Read section 3 in particular: it explains what FundingRank is not.
FundingRank publishes research about business financing. We do not lend money, we do not broker loans, and we do not take applications. Information about a provider comes from that provider and can change. Use what you find here to decide where to look — then read the provider's own agreement before you sign anything.
This summary is for orientation only. The numbered sections below are the operative terms.
1. Accepting these terms
By using FundingRank.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business, and "you" means both you and that business.
The site is intended for business owners and operators in the United States who are at least 18 years old and are researching financing for a business. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
2. Who operates this site
FundingRank.com is operated by Silent Rich LLC, a Texas limited liability company. "FundingRank," "we," "us" and "our" refer to Silent Rich LLC.

3. What FundingRank is not
FundingRank is an independent publisher of business financing research. We are not a lender, a loan broker, a bank, an insurance producer, a credit repair organization, or a financial, legal or tax advisor. We do not originate, underwrite, service or fund any loan or line of credit, and we do not accept applications for credit.
Rates, fees, terms, minimum requirements and availability shown on this site come from the provider and can change without notice. Nothing here is an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee that you will be approved or receive any particular rate. Only the agreement you sign with a provider governs your financing.
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and using the site does not create a fiduciary, advisory, agency or professional relationship between you and Silent Rich LLC. Business financing decisions carry real consequences, including personal liability where a guarantee is required. Consult your own attorney, accountant or advisor before you commit.
We do not collect credit applications, and we do not sell, broker, trade or transfer your information as a lead. When you leave this site for a provider, you are on that provider's site under that provider's terms and privacy policy, and what happens to the information you give them is governed by their documents, not ours.
4. Provider information and accuracy
Rates, fees, requirements, product terms, availability and policy language shown on this site are drawn from each provider's published materials as of the date shown on the page. Providers change these without telling us. We check, date and cite what we publish, and we correct errors when they are shown to us, but we do not warrant that any figure is current or complete at the moment you read it.
Ratings, grades and scores are our editorial opinion, formed from the published inputs described on our rating methodology page. They are opinions about disclosure, terms and application handling — not statements of fact about a provider, not a prediction of your outcome, and not a recommendation that you take any particular financing.
Cost estimates and calculator outputs are illustrations based on the figures you enter and simplified assumptions. They are not quotes, offers or an accurate prediction of what any provider will charge you.
If you believe something on this site is wrong, send the published source to hello@fundingrank.com and we will check it against the record.
5. Advertising and compensation
FundingRank may receive compensation from some of the providers featured on this site — typically when a reader clicks through to a provider, submits an application, or is funded, depending on the agreement with that provider. This is how the site is paid for.
Compensation does not influence our editorial ratings, rankings, reviews, pros and cons, or which providers we cover. Ratings are calculated from published inputs by code that does not read commercial-relationship data. Any paid placement is labeled as advertising where it appears and is not presented as an editorial recommendation. Our full advertiser disclosure explains the arrangements in detail.
We do not cover every provider in the market, and the absence of a provider is not a judgment about that provider.
6. Permitted use
You may read, search and share this site for your own business research. You may not:
- scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-copy the site or its data except as a well-behaved search-engine crawler that honors our robots directives;
- republish substantial portions of our reviews, ratings, comparison data or research as your own or as a competing dataset;
- use the site or anything obtained from it to build, train or fine-tune a commercial model or dataset without our written permission;
- submit false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful content, or impersonate another person or business;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, or probe or test its security;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable lending, advertising or consumer protection law.
We may suspend or terminate access for any of the above without notice.
7. Accounts and saved research
Some features let you save research to an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly at hello@fundingrank.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, and we may delete accounts that are inactive or that violate these terms.
8. Borrower reports and submissions
If you submit a borrower report, correction, comment or other material, you confirm it is truthful and based on your own experience, that you have the right to share any documentation you attach, and that you have removed or redacted anyone else's personal or account information.
You grant Silent Rich LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, redact, publish and display your submission in connection with the site. We moderate submissions, we may decline to publish, and we may aggregate them into statistics. We publish contact-volume figures only from reports we have verified or partially verified, and we label the verification level.
Do not send us account numbers, Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, credentials or full application documents. We do not need them and do not want to hold them.
9. Third-party sites and providers
The site links to lenders, banks, card issuers and other third parties. We do not control those parties, we do not endorse them by linking to them, and we are not responsible for their content, products, decisions, underwriting, servicing, collection practices, marketing, or how they handle information you give them.
Any dealing you have with a provider — including any application, agreement, dispute or claim — is solely between you and that provider. Read the provider's terms and privacy policy before you submit anything.
10. Intellectual property
The site's text, research, ratings, methodology, design, code, graphics and the FundingRank name and logo are owned by Silent Rich LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Nothing here grants you a license to use them except as expressly stated in these terms.
Provider names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial commentary only. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement of FundingRank by those owners.
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice with the details required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to hello@fundingrank.com.
11. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND EVERYTHING ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SILENT RICH LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON IT IS ACCURATE, CURRENT OR COMPLETE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SILENT RICH LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS, LOST DATA, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE — INCLUDING ANY FINANCING YOU OBTAIN OR FAIL TO OBTAIN, ANY TERMS YOU RECEIVE, OR ANY CONTACT YOU RECEIVE FROM A PROVIDER — WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER THEORY, AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silent Rich LLC and its members, officers, employees and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of your use of the site, your submissions, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Before filing anything, contact us at hello@fundingrank.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue. Most problems are a correction, and we would rather make it.
If we cannot resolve it, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in the State of Texas, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and Silent Rich LLC each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises.
If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim will proceed in court and the rest of this section still applies to all other claims.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page changes when we do, and material changes will be noted on the page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Advertiser Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and Silent Rich LLC regarding the site.
