OnDeck: What Happens After You Submit?
Provider-published sharing and opt-out terms are shown separately from moderated user reports. Reported contact metrics use only Verified or Partially Verified submissions.
What OnDeck Says Happens
You apply directly with OnDeck rather than sending one application to a marketplace. The loan may ultimately be issued by an OnDeck company or Celtic Bank, and that lender is identified before you sign.
OnDeck's application stays with OnDeck and its issuing bank partner. It does not publish a network-distribution model: the application is not marketed to a panel of outside lenders the way marketplace applications are.
OnDeck says eligibility is checked with a soft inquiry ("no hard credit pulls") unless a restricted credit file requires lifting a freeze, which may result in a hard pull.
Standard opt-outs apply: unsubscribe links for email and stop requests for calls or texts made to OnDeck directly.
