Contact Consent
Kapitus's current application pages authorize contact about products and services by email and phone, including automated dialing systems, prerecorded messages and SMS/MMS, even for numbers on Do-Not-Call lists. The form says this consent is not a condition of using the service and can be revoked.
Third-Party Sharing
Kapitus says it may refer applicants to third-party financing providers and may disclose information to referral sources, lead vendors, advertising partners, a bank partner, business partners and other financing providers.
Opt-Out
Users can unsubscribe from marketing email and ask Kapitus not to call for marketing by contacting its published privacy email or marketing opt-out phone number.

Contact Consent
Lendio's current communications consent says that voluntarily providing a telephone number can authorize automated, prerecorded/artificial-voice, AI-generated voice, and text communications from Lendio and third parties acting on its behalf for promotions, account, application, transaction, and relationship purposes. It states that automated promotional consent is voluntary and not a condition of purchasing goods or services or creating an account.
Third-Party Sharing
Lendio's privacy policy says that, as part of applying for business financing, applicant information is shared with financing providers in its marketplace. Matched providers may retain the information even if no agreement is completed. Lendio says it can provide, on request, a list of financing providers with whom application data was shared.
Opt-Out
Text messages: reply STOP to the relevant Lendio shortcode; Lendio also publishes email-based opt-out instructions. Automated voice calls can be revoked by written notice using Lendio's published process. Promotional email and general phone/text preferences can also be managed through the privacy-policy opt-out methods and account/contact preferences.
