Compare Credit Lines by Draw Cost and Payment Timing
These records have different product menus and published requirements. A lower threshold does not establish easier approval; the offer, business cash flow and repayment calendar decide practical fit.
Reviewed 2026-10-01. Published requirements can change.
OnDeck
Review OnDeck if its term-loan or credit-line structure matches the need. Distinguish the payment schedule and early-payoff terms of each product.
Fundbox
Review Fundbox’s credit line if its short repayment schedule fits the cash cycle. Its FAQ describes a hard inquiry at the first draw.

Before You Apply
The financing terms matter, but so does who receives your application and what contact consent you accept.
OnDeck
Application Path
Direct Lender
Contact Consent
OnDeck's current Terms of Use say that submitting contact information, registering, applying, or beginning an application can authorize contact by phone, text, email, or mail. The terms also describe automated/prerecorded marketing calls or messages; OnDeck states this marketing consent is not required as a condition of receiving credit or services and that applicants can contact OnDeck directly instead.
Third-Party Sharing
OnDeck's privacy policy says personal information may be shared with its parent/affiliates, third-party lenders, loan brokers, lead-generation partners, other business partners, service vendors, advertising vendors, and in specified legal or corporate transactions.
Opt-Out
Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link, account email preferences, or optout@ondeck.com. SMS: reply STOP (or use the published short-code instructions). California sale/share requests can be made through OnDeck's privacy-request path or toll-free privacy number. Other marketing/contact opt-outs can be requested through OnDeck as described in its privacy policy and terms.

Contact Consent
Fundbox's current Terms of Use expressly cover servicing, collection, marketing and other calls/messages, including autodialed and prerecorded calls and SMS, from Fundbox, affiliates, marketing partners and agents. Fundbox says telemarketing consent is not a condition of obtaining a loan and can be revoked.
Third-Party Sharing
Fundbox may share information with service providers, its bank partners, credit bureaus and certain affiliates, platform merchants/vendors, affiliated brokers and advertisers as described in its current Privacy Policy.
Opt-Out
Promotional emails include unsubscribe links. Fundbox also provides privacy-rights request options, including certain sale/share opt-outs where applicable.
BOTTOM LINE
Use the actual draw amount, net proceeds, total repayment and debit dates. Do not rank either provider by the minimum credit score alone.
