Bluevine
A flexible line of credit for established businesses that want reusable working capital.
Advertiser disclosure: FundingRank may be compensated when you visit or apply with some of the providers on this site. Compensation never affects our product facts, editorial conclusions or provider coverage. How we make money
Bluevine is a strong option if you want a revolving line of credit and can meet its requirements. The weekly plan is fairly accessible, but the monthly plan is much harder to qualify for and the product is not available to every business type or state.

How FundingRank Evaluates Bluevine
FundingRank does not assign one lender-wide star score across unlike financing products. We publish product-level requirements and costs, flag conflicting provider disclosures, and keep application privacy separate.
The company underwrites its own financing, but its published terms allow some applications, declines or products to be routed to outside financing providers that may contact you separately.
What we found: Bluevine underwrites and funds its own line of credit. Its lending materials distinguish that direct product from third-party partner financing, and say information given to other banks or lending partners is governed by those providers' own privacy practices — so a business that does not qualify may be shown partner options.
Why there is no lender-wide star rating
A term loan, line of credit, SBA product and revenue-based financing structure are not interchangeable. A single blended score can reward easier qualification or penalize missing disclosures in ways that look like a judgment about financing quality. FundingRank compares the underlying product facts instead.

Financing Products
There is no opening, maintenance or account-closing fee. Your real cost comes from each draw, so compare the actual draw terms rather than focusing on the lack of account fees.
Before You Apply
For the weekly plan, Bluevine currently requires a 625+ credit score, at least 12 months in business, more than $10,000 in monthly revenue, a $2,000 average bank balance and an eligible LLC or corporation. The monthly plan requires a much stronger profile.
Typical Requirements
What You May Need
- Legal business name and tax ID
- Valid business checking account and online banking access, or recent bank statements
- Recent business revenue information
- Additional verification information requested during underwriting
How the Application Works
- Apply on Bluevine's website or through a Bluevine Business Checking dashboard.
- Provide basic business and owner information and recent revenue information.
- Connect the business bank account for verification or manually provide recent bank statements.
- Bluevine evaluates credit, business performance, cash flow and financial history. Applying for the direct line does not affect the personal credit score according to Bluevine.
- If approved, select or receive an eligible repayment plan and request draws from the dashboard. Some businesses that do not qualify directly may be considered for partner financing where available and authorized.
Fees, Credit Checks and Early Payoff
The three places a business funding offer usually costs more than the headline number suggests.
Fees
There is no opening, maintenance or account-closing fee. Your real cost comes from each draw, so compare the actual draw terms rather than focusing on the lack of account fees.
Credit check
Bluevine says applying for its Line of Credit does not impact the personal credit score. It evaluates personal and business credit information as part of underwriting.
Paying it off early
Bluevine does not charge a standard prepayment fee, but paying early does not always reduce the total financing cost on every draw structure.

Where Your Application Goes
If you qualify for Bluevine's own line of credit, you apply directly with Bluevine. If you do not qualify, Bluevine may show partner-financing options. Read that consent carefully if you want to avoid having your information shared more broadly.
