Biz2Credit
Large funding options for established businesses, with product rules that vary sharply.
Advertiser disclosure: FundingRank may be compensated when you visit or apply with some of the providers on this site. Compensation never affects our product facts, editorial conclusions or provider coverage. How we make money
Biz2Credit gives established businesses access to term loans, revenue-based financing and a line of credit. The tradeoff is complexity: qualification, pricing, state availability and even the funding provider vary by product. Compare the exact product offer, not the Biz2Credit brand generally.

How FundingRank Evaluates Biz2Credit
FundingRank does not assign one lender-wide star score across unlike financing products. We publish product-level requirements and costs, flag conflicting provider disclosures, and keep application privacy separate.
The company underwrites its own financing, but its published terms allow some applications, declines or products to be routed to outside financing providers that may contact you separately.
What we found: Financing can come from Biz2Credit, its subsidiary Itria Ventures, or a participating lender such as Cross River Bank depending on the product. That means more than one company can see the file, though it is not a mass marketplace distribution.
Why there is no lender-wide star rating
A term loan, line of credit, SBA product and revenue-based financing structure are not interchangeable. A single blended score can reward easier qualification or penalize missing disclosures in ways that look like a judgment about financing quality. FundingRank compares the underlying product facts instead.

Pricing varies by product and offer. There is no single public APR or fee schedule across Biz2Credit.
Before You Apply
Requirements are product-specific. The term-loan page lists 650+ credit and $250,000 annual revenue, but conflicts between 12 and 15 months in business. RBF lists 575+, $250,000 annual revenue and one year. The line-of-credit FAQ gives 650+, $250,000 annualized revenue and 12 months as general criteria, with applicant-dependent variation, higher thresholds in some jurisdictions and state exclusions.
Typical Requirements
What You May Need
- Business bank statements and other requested financial documents
- Government-issued identification for owners before closing on some products, including current RBF requirements
- Business formation/ownership information and additional underwriting documents as requested
How the Application Works
- Create a Biz2Credit account and provide basic business details.
- Receive an initial prequalified estimate when available. Biz2Credit currently says the prequalification application does not cause a hard credit inquiry.
- Complete the funding application and upload financial documents, including business bank statements when requested.
- Biz2Credit underwrites the request and can present one or more offers depending on the product and eligibility.
- Review the actual provider, rate or factor, total cost, payment schedule, UCC/guaranty language and early-payoff terms before signing.
Fees, Credit Checks and Early Payoff
The three places a business funding offer usually costs more than the headline number suggests.
Fees
Pricing varies by product and offer. There is no single public APR or fee schedule across Biz2Credit.
Credit check
Biz2Credit's current prequalification application says submitting the application does not affect your credit score because no hard inquiry is performed at that stage. Final product underwriting can require additional credit authorization under the Business Finance Terms, so review the consent presented before closing.
Paying it off early
For the line of credit, Biz2Credit explicitly says an early payoff can still leave unpaid interest due under the agreement. Revenue-based financing is not an amortizing loan, and term-loan payoff rules are agreement-specific.

Where Your Application Goes
Biz2Credit and Itria Ventures handle several products, while term loans can also involve Cross River Bank or other participating lenders. Confirm the provider named on your offer.

Building business credit
FundingRank has not established one universal business-credit reporting policy across Biz2Credit, Itria Ventures and participating lenders.
Where it operates
Term-loan and RBF availability is product and underwriting dependent. The current line of credit is funded by Itria Ventures and excludes AR, CT, FL, MA, MI, MN, MT, NV, NC, ND, OH, PA, PR, RI, SD, TN, TX and VT; higher revenue thresholds may apply in AK, NE, NJ, OR and DC.
Customer support
Biz2Credit advertises dedicated Funding Specialists and an online dashboard from application through funding. FundingRank has not independently scored response times.
What borrowers report
Current mainstream reviews tend to praise Biz2Credit's high limits, product breadth and digital process while criticizing limited public pricing. A separate historical regulatory point should not be ignored: in 2024 Biz2Credit and Itria Ventures agreed to a $33 million FTC settlement concerning PPP processing-time advertising during the pandemic program.
